Koditor AS is controller for MeetingMatcher's processing in the private flow. You are the private organizer and contact source. Invitees see your stored profile name, not your account email.
Delete an event in MeetingMatcher when you no longer need it. There is no bulk-contact import, and private hosting must not be used for bulk outreach.
Name is optional; email is normally sufficient. Never enter dietary information for somebody else. Invitees must register with and verify the invited email address before they can enter it themselves and choose whether to share it. Do not request medical histories, diagnoses, photographs, religious registers, or unrelated information.
Participant and dietary exports are unavailable. View information in the web application only when needed for the event. Do not copy it into spreadsheets, address books, or marketing systems.
Do not re-add someone to bypass a decline, suppression, objection, or deletion. Contact post@koditor.no if an invitee asks for help beyond the controls on their private invitation page.
Companies, associations, professional organizers and public events are not supported in this release. Do not use a private profile on behalf of an organization.
